Responsibilities

  • Continue to develop the LEGO® business in the E-Commerce channel in a strategic and sustainable way. Drive success with the top strategic customers.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for E-Commerce ensuring the business delivers against sales and profitability objectives.
  • Provide channel inputs into the Business Unit's annual business planning and channel strategy planning.
  • Lead, empower and develop a team of 13 professionals covering different levels of scope and areas of responsibility.
  • Upskill and develop the overall competence and professional skills within the E-Com sales function & drive innovation within and beyond the team by scouting business-changing trends and working with partners to actively impact change in the retail landscape.
  • Drive customer value proposition, engage with key customers, and develop better quality relationships.
  • Leading strategic joint business agenda with customers, developing annual business plans and managing in-year negotiations and course correction plans.
  • Lead integration between key e-retailers, partners (vendor), and internal stakeholders driving effective and constructive collaboration.
