Responsibilities

  • Du verantwortest als Sales Expert:in (m/w/d) die Einarbeitung und vertriebliche Ausbildung neuer MitarbeiterInnen des Regional Sales gemäß Einarbeitungsplan.
  • Du entwickelst, zeigst auf und bewertest Maßnahmen, um MitarbeiterInnen gezielt weiterzuentwickeln (Coachendes Vorgehen).
  • Du vermittelst MitarbeiterInnen alle wichtigen Details für den Vertriebsjob, von Akquise bis Verhandlung und Abschluss, von guter Selbstorganisation über Zeitmanagement bis hin zu Fokus & Priorisierung von Aufgaben.
  • Du koordinierst sowohl den Vertriebsleiter als auch Mentor, damit die Junior Account Manager best- und schnellstmöglich eine vollumfängliche Ausbildung erhalten.
  • Du übernimmst selbständig die Verantwortung für die Konzeptionierung und Durchführung regionaler Workshopkonzepte sowie das Best Practice Sharing mit anderen Regionen.
  • Du bereitest die regionalen Bestandteile im Rahmen des Einarbeitungsplans vor.
  • Du unterstützt den Verkaufstrainer bei der Telefonakquise im Rahmen der Verkaufstheorie im GATE.
  • Du unterstützt im Bewerbungsverfahren durch Sichtung von Bewerbungen, Telefoninterviews, Vorstellungsgespräche sowie als Beobachter/in und Rollenspieler/in im AC.
  • Du übernimmst weitere Sonderaufgaben in Absprache mit dem Regionalleiter.
  • Du begleitest Duale StudentInnen im Vertrieb und stellst die erfolgreiche Absolvierung des Ausbildungsplans während ihrem Studium sicher.
  • Du bist flexibel und reisebereit, um neue MitarbeiterInnen eng vor Ort beim Kunden und in unseren Niederlassungen zu begleiten.
