Responsibilities

  • Successful development and delivery of analysis supporting commissions and incentives for Compensation, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership
  • Partnering with the Sales Compensation Administration, Systems and Operations teams to ensure all data used for earnings calculations in the commission tool are implemented accurately
  • Translating specifications and results into analysis on performance
  • Supporting stakeholders through trending of key metrics to analyze commission expense variances, incentive program spend, and dispute attributes
  • Creating and distributing financial reports to sales leaders, finance, and HR related to commissions and incentives for internal employees or vendors
  • Managing commission accrual generation and submission process
  • Assessing and validating system defects and enhancements
  • Analyzing commission operations data to provide insight and recommending solutions to decision-makers
  • Creating data visualizations to aid in the understanding and delivery of business/sales team trends and successes
