Responsibilities

  • The position will require, but is not limited to the following activities:
  • Loading of customer deals in the system
  • Maintaining the deals (i.e. sharing active deals with agents monthly)
  • Working with pricing team to ensure invoicing is accurate
  • Pulling data for Key Account Managers for business reviews
  • Populating and circulating customers sales reports monthly (SAP reports)
  • Maintaining pricing surveys and leading discussions in price meetings
  • Creating purchase requisitions and PO’s in SAP
  • Maintaining access to the ordering system
  • Supporting sales agents with access to the system and trouble shooting
  • Placing orders for customers not linked to sales agents and acting as back-up for urgent orders
  • Placing orders on customer samples
