Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding business requirements and processes, and translating these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable
  • Experienced in the full suite of Salesforce tools, including Salesforce CRMA (formerly known as Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics), APEX and Lightning Web Components in order to provide complete end-to-end solutioning for our client
  • Play a crucial role in driving the company’s Salesforce initiatives and enhancing the overall user experience
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build well-architected Salesforce CRMA dashboards and reports that best leverage the CRMA platform.
  • Develop data flows, recipes and complex dashboards using complex SAQL queries in TCRM
  • Build, maintain and migrate TCRM assets into Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including row-level and object-level security within Salesforce and CRM Analytics environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRMA features and functionalities and incorporate them into solutions as appropriate
