Responsibilities

  • Day to day support and administration of our Salesforce instance.
  • Review and correct salesforce production tickets presented by the AICPA team.
  • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Address user issues as they arise - communicate issues to the appropriate department and work with admins to resolve the issue as soon as possible and prevent the issue in the future.
  • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other Salesforce objects and functions.
  • Create custom objects when necessary.
  • Maintain, enhance, or create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment as instructed.
  • Perform testing of system enhancements within a sandbox environment and other quality assurance tasks.
  • Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.
  • Proactively collaborate with team members on improving processes and boosting productivity.
  • Complete Salesforce trailheads and Salesforce Certifications to enhance salesforce knowledge and leverage knowledge to support the AICPA Salesforce instance.
