Responsibilities

  • Acts as the central resource and knowledge hub for all sample inquiries communications.
  • Owns the sample order process in accordance with product calendar and timetable, for all major stage gates, across multiple departments. Creates sample order form documents, places sample POs in SAP and submits to sourcing partners (ROFU). Including, but not limited to, all product/development related stage gates, photo studio, seeding samples, asset creation.
  • Serves as a liaison between internal teams and global sourcing partners (ROFU) to communicate all samples requests.
  • Creates and implements standardized sample tracking tools and communication cadence for global audience, in alignment with product calendar.
  • Ensures photo studio is equipped with all samples for prompt asset creation to support sales tools and digital initiatives. Tracks progress with photo studio and ensures all seasonal samples are captured.
  • Provides hands-on sorting, packing, and resending of samples as needed from headquarters/facilities.
  • Receives and monitors inbound samples at headquarters and additional local warehouses.
  • Sorts samples at headquarters throughout seasons. Manages end of life samples. Provides sample sale support.
  • Provides costing scenarios for future sample orders and supports Finance and Operations in billing subsidiaries.
