What is the role of a Scrum Master at PNC?
The Scrum Master at PNC supports and facilitates one to two Scrum Teams by fostering Agile values and practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, coaching teams on executing the Scrum framework, and organizing and facilitating ceremonies to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.

This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Birmingham, AL; Phoenix, AZ; or Dallas, TX, primarily at a PNC location. There may be some flexibility for remote work at the manager’s discretion.
