  • Hands on delivery support e.g. clearing blockers, running ceremonies, tracking progress, continual improvement, limiting WIP, prioritization, estimation, reporting, etc.
  • Ensure the teams are making the most practical use of methodologies and are empowered to use their expertise to make appropriate decisions around the technologies they support and deliver.
  • Identify and help implement services that will assist in the timely delivery of quality products.
  • Provide guidance to the wider organization on the implications and support frameworks required for lean delivery.
  • Structure the application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops) to drive and monitor delivery activities.
  • Mentor teams so that they become self-sustaining and self-managing.
  • In conjunction with the larger organization provide a center of excellence for lean practices at the local and enterprise level.
  • Communicate with openness, honesty and respect in all situations and be adept at conflict resolution and direction setting.
  • Working closely with the product owners to ensure the backlog is sufficiently groomed for the next iteration.
  • Help ensure functional and non-functional requirements are given appropriate attention and be able to articulate the value of these different types effectively.
