Responsibilities

  • Travailler en collaboration étroite avec la Directrice Adjointe à Compétence Sociale.
  • Faire le planning prévisionnel de l’équipe afin d’assurer un maintien de la continuité du service.
  • Préparer les documents de travail pour les différentes présentations de la Directrice Adjointe à Compétence Sociale.
  • Organiser la tenue des réunions internes et externes, saisir les comptes rendus de réunions, mettre en forme les notes et courriers de la direction.
  • Gérer les commandes, stocks (produits d'entretien- papiers-toner - fournitures administratives) et s’assurer du bon déroulement des livraisons en lien avec le service gestion.
  • Contribuer au partage de connaissances, être référent thématique.
  • Assurer l’instruction des dispositifs mis en œuvre par les travailleurs sociaux d’accompagnement.
  • Gérer la boite mail générique du SSP en collaboration avec les SMS, la coordination et distribution des courriers aux services.
  • Participer à l’accueil des nouveaux agents (demande d’accès aux logiciels métiers- ressources informatiques et fournitures administratives).
  • S’impliquer dans l’accueil des stagiaires, voire devenir formateur.
  • Participer à l’archivage des documents du SSP.
  • Éventuellement, selon les nécessités de service, assurer l’accueil physique et téléphonique et pré-évaluer avec la personne sa situation. L’informer, l’orienter en fonction de la problématique.
