Responsibilities

  • Providing full diary management to the Director including appointment/meeting arrangements (reprioritising as needed), travel schedules and overall forward planning.
  • Providing inbox management (responding where appropriate), screening, prioritising and directing emails to the team as appropriate.
  • Providing support with communications, events, general logistics (such as room/venue booking) and ad hoc requests where required.
  • Supporting with the onboarding of new members of the team.
  • Managing monthly expenses, invoices and People related administration for the People Director. Including team absenteeism, expenses, team communications and requisitions.
  • Providing a highly professional, proactive service, with incredibly high standards, flexibility, agility, integrity and discretion.
  • Providing support to meetings where needed – such as taking minutes / actions and tracking progress, preparing agendas and accompanying paperwork.
  • Managing information flow from and to the Director and team both timely and accurately.
  • Providing basic IT support and guidance.
  • Providing cover for peers as and when required.
  • Supporting with general administration duties including IT and stationery requests.
