Responsibilities

  • You will be a vital member of the VF Americas Retail Talent Development team supporting both cross brand and brand specific retail training initiatives.
  • In this role, you will have the responsibility to create training that accelerates new employees’ speed to success in role and to lead the implementation of consistent training experiences and measurement across the brand(s).
  • You will impact retail employee’s development by growing their retail skills and leadership capabilities at all levels, supporting their career aspirations and future objectives.
  • Own the brand partnership, design, implementation, and evaluation of Retail On-Boarding & Development programs.
  • Assist with creating new training programs; reviewing, evaluating and modifying existing and proposed programs; recommending appropriate changes.
  • Manage brand partnerships, preparation and execution of various learning initiatives including design and creation of tangible assets, online trainings, videos, facilitation guides and live instruction.
  • Oversee development programs that test, stretch and accelerate the growth of our top talent.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships at the corporate office and in the field.
  • Assist with various enterprise -wide Organizational Development and Human Resources initiatives.
