Responsibilities

  • Help to develop and implement best-in-class 360-degree surround sound marketing plan to drive Program Administrator and Decision Maker engagement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert & champion for the G&L customer segment
  • Support marketing campaigns set-up and oversee execution tasks across all channels in various systems and platforms
  • Manage relationships with external agencies from creative development to flawless execution
  • Build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal and external partners: Middle Market Corporate Marketing team, Product Management, Field partners, Brand, etc.
  • Act as primary point of contact with our Compliance and Legal partners to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations
  • Provide regular campaign status reports to Marketing Manager with actionable recommendations
  • Analyze data to identify opportunity areas and deliver recommendations
  • Manage Ad Hoc projects
