  • Ensure requests have proper approvals.
  • Work closely with leaders from multiple communities to insure proper compensation calculations.
  • Perform many different tasks in a complex compensation system.
  • Understand, create, and use complex logic in Excel to support calculations.

  • Assists in reviewing compensation practices and recommends process improvements.
  • Supports audits and works with auditors, both internal and external.
  • Maintains high level of engagement to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Maintains comprehensive Excel workbooks to track and manage manual system overrides.
