Responsibilities

  • Execute store analytics and reporting strategy across all areas of business, including data from supporting functions (Supply Chain, HR, AP, Finance, etc.)
  • Collaborate with IT and other business partners to ensure data integrity and availability
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting systems to monitor store performance and key metrics
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to support store and field leaders
  • Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy) to create dashboards and visualizations that provide clear insights into KPIs
  • Define and manage performance improvement programs from an analytical support standpoint
  • Develop, own, and maintain rigorous requirement documents for reports and dashboards
  • Continuously improve BI processes and tools to enhance data accessibility and usability
  • Identify, investigate and resolve issues with data sources and inputs
  • Create training and support stores and field on data interpretation and report usage
  • Conduct deep-dives into individual store and market issues to support field leader decisions and execution
  • 25% travel required
