Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Associate (Technical), your role is crucial in ensuring the success of the business by running a caseload of commercial landlord and tenant files and providing effective supervision to develop our fee earners manage cases to conclusion, ensuring that there is focus on the right outcome for our clients. You will join our dynamic management team which is made up of a Partner, Principal Associates, Senior Associates and team of paralegals.
  • You can look forward to supervising a team who handle a varied caseload of contentious commercial landlord and tenant, property and residential landlord and tenant files. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Lead, motivate and support a team of fee earners in order for them to meet their objectives and to provide the high standard of service to our customers that we strive to achieve;
  • Provide technical supervision to a team of fee earners
  • Substitute for the technical Principal Associate in charge of the team where necessary
  • Communicate effectively with the technical lawyers in the team, the performance managers, the legal expense insurance providers and business partners
  • Be innovative in your approach to the work and the team and conduct yourself in a way that adheres to our company values
  • Be an advocate for change within the team and the wider department
