Responsibilities

  • Assist with management and administration of all employee benefit programs, with a focus on 401(k) administration, compliance, and wellness.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits escalations/issues and facilitate resolution in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for researching, documenting, and preparing employee eligibility and enrollment appeals for review by the Plan Administrator and legal team.
  • Assist with oversight and completion of various Federal and State requirements to ensure plans and company remain compliant.
  • Support Annual Enrollment process including planning, preparation, testing, communications, and execution of related year end processes in partnership with internal and external teams.
  • Assist with drafting and development of employee communications and HR presentations for broad topics and more targeted individualized communications.
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy with respect to vendor interface files, payroll deductions, and benefits elections via data audits.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with external benefits partners and internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration and partnership across the HR functions and organization.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and metrics for internal team and leadership review and reporting.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
