Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across departments, including working closely with Product Design to ensure marketing to product brand continuity, Sales Enablement to maintain and update collateral, Product Marketing to launch new features and the Website team to ensure an elevated web presence
  • Own and execute impactful design projects—from evolving our visual identity to creating marketing materials for social media and launch campaigns to OOH billboards and everything in between.
  • Develop creative campaigns that tell compelling visual stories across all mediums—be it digital, print, motion, or experiential.
  • Stay well informed about contemporary design practices and innovations in technology, infusing cutting-edge trends into your work and ensuring Moss maintains a leading visual edge.
  • Present your ideas for online, video and out of form billboard campaigns, bringing teammates and stakeholders on board by communicating your vision and its alignment with brand objectives
  • Mentor and coach other members of the team to ensure high-quality output, foster professional growth, encourage innovative thinking, and maintain consistency across all design projects.
