Responsibilities

  • Evaluates jobs, documents responsibilities, and aligns to the overall job architecture strategy.
  • Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
  • Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations’ pay programs.
  • Participates in the administration, creation, development, and maintenance, of the annual programs, such as commissions, incentives, merit, salary increase budgets, and salary structures.
  • Consults with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition team members, and business leaders on reward philosophy, market pricing, internal equity, job evaluation, broadband structures, and compensation recommendations.
  • Leads compensation related projects used to enhance programs across the organization.
  • Partners with other leaders dedicated to the implementation or process improvement of compensation programs.
  • Provides expertise in accessing, changing, maintaining, and assuring the quality of compensation and HR databases.
  • Recommends job classifications and manage the integrity across entire population to ensure compensation practices are in compliance with current regulations in all markets. Conduct job evaluations for all levels (non-exempt, exempt, managerial and executive level roles).
  • Responsible for working with highly sensitive and confidential information and maintaining the confidentiality of the information used during the normal course of business.
