Responsibilities

  • Works collaboratively, consults LD, Organizational Development (OD) and consults with leaders, managers, and internal development partners to assess, design, and deploy L&D university-wide leadership, management, and professional development program curriculum to support the growth of all new and experienced leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Lead design and facilitation of L&D leadership, management, and professional development courses in-person and virtual sessions ensuring an engaging and learner-centric approach.
  • Collaborates with the instructional designer to assist with the research, curate, and co-creation of learning resource materials (handouts, participants and facilitators’ guides, job/visual aids, etc.) and activities that support L&D leadership, management, and professional development programs for leaders, managers, and employee general population.
  • Leads, develops and implements evaluation processes and metrics, to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, programs, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvements and demonstrate value of learning solutions.
  • Explores and integrates innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience, measure learning effectiveness, and generate efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with leadership development feedback to co-define needed improvements.
  • Collaborates and consults as a business partner with university business leaders, stakeholders, and HR teams (Organizational Development, ILE Employee Relations, etc) to understand university-wide organizational challenges and create high-quality learning solutions that solve organizational and skill development problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
