Responsibilities

  • Support the Alternative Credit, Natural Capital & Impact management in the operational functioning of the two investment platforms, by supporting the strategic plan, implementing activities (products, mandates), developing new initiatives, and managing key projects.
  • Contribute to the governance and definition of the risk management and control environment of the two platforms, in collaboration with the operational teams.
  • Business Development – Operational Structuring: at the launch and management of new products, define and implement operational schemes, participate in the selection and management of partners (back office, middle office)
  • Drive key projects (new business and regulatory constraints) of Alternative Credit, Natural Capital & Impact in coordination with AXA IM, ensuring the implementation and adaptation of AXA IM standards, procedures, and policies
  • Define and drive operational transformation projects, process optimization, information system modification, and strengthening of controls to support platform growth and efficiency.
  • Monitor external service providers (and key indicators of their effectiveness) and participate in their selection
  • Coordinate Risk & Compliance aspects related to mandates and funds, in collaboration with management teams and support functions at AXA IM. Ensure risk control and monitoring, and define and implement adapted processes if necessary; I
  • Implement necessary measures in case of identification of deficiencies and escalate to the management of Alternative Credit, Natural Capital & Impact major risks or errors having a significant impact on the activity.
  • Represent the Business on subjects such as internal audit, internal control, regulatory issues (EMIR, MIFID), and IT security, ensuring their proper implementation
  • Coordinate activities related to Responsible Investment Policies, in collaboration with Global RI teams, management teams, and support functions, and meet regulatory requirements
  • Ensure monitoring and reporting of AXA investments, coordinating the platform's investment plan and quarterly reporting on an investment stock of ~€30bn
