Responsibilities

  • Konzipiere und versende E-Mail-Kampagnen, von zielgruppenspezifischen Standalone-Mails bis hin zu komplexen, automatisierten Lifecycle-Strecken.
  • Analysiere Kunden- und Kampagnendaten, identifiziere Potenziale und erstelle aussagekräftige Reportings und Dashboards mit BI-Tools wie Tableau, Excel oder PowerPoint. Leite konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab und stimme dich eng mit relevanten Stakeholdern ab.
  • Gestalte den CRM Tech-Stack aktiv mit: Definiere Anforderungen an neue Marketing-Technologien und Datenintegrationen, stimme dich mit der IT ab und steuere die zugehörigen Implementierungsprojekte.
  • Steuere das Kundenbindungsprogramm funktionsübergreifend: Entwickle neue Vorteile und Lösungen zur langfristigen Bindung unserer Kunden – von der Akquise bis zur Reaktivierung – und definiere die dafür notwendigen technischen und operativen Prozesse.
