Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage the CPO’s calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling for product reviews, cross-functional team meetings, and executive discussions. Anticipate needs and proactively adjust schedules in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Product Lifecycle Support: Track key milestones and deadlines for the CPO including product development, launches, and updates. Ensure that the CPO is briefed on upcoming deadlines and decisions and help maintain the timing of routine meetings.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CPO, product teams, and external stakeholders (partners, vendors, clients) to ensure smooth communication and alignment across product initiatives.
  • Documentation & Presentations: Assist in preparing detailed product documentation, decks for product strategy meetings, investor presentations, and internal reports. Ensure all product-related communication is clear and well-organized.
  • Event & Meeting Planning: Organize internal product team meetings, external product presentations, and industry events. Coordinate logistics, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Data & Metrics Tracking: Support the CPO by tracking product metrics, gathering feedback from user testing, and generating reports to inform product decisions. Manage key product data and insights for easy reference and strategic planning.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle day-to-day correspondence on behalf of the CPO, including mass emails, meeting requests, and follow-ups. Ensure that communications are timely, professional, and reflect the Interac’s objectives.
