Responsibilities

  • Create engaging graphics, including motion, icons, virtual backgrounds, and storytelling illustrations that align with our brand identity.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our brand identity system, covering general design, merchandise, events, environmental designs, and more.
  • Develop notional examples to visualize concepts and enhance communication.
  • Support ad creation as needed.
  • Visual design & design system management: bring experience and content together to create a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing experience while building and maintaining the digital design system.
  • Prototyping: develop mockups, prototypes, and Figma files that align with brand and product goals, ensuring effective communication of design concepts.
  • Interactive design: improve user experience by enhancing interactions on the website, ensuring intuitive navigation and engagement.
  • User research: conduct lightweight user research for new features, pages, and sites, including a/b testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Accessibility: design with a focus on accessibility standards to ensure all users can seamlessly navigate and interact with digital content.
  • Information architecture & content taxonomy: design and implement information architecture principles and content taxonomy across our web ecosystem to enhance user navigation and content discoverability.
