Requirements

  • Degree-qualified (HR or other relevant disciplines) and ideally hold a master’s and/or have CIPD membership.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the site senior leadership team to provide expert HR guidance in coaching and building a strong community of leaders while developing sustainable relationships that positively impact the site's success.
  • Collaborating with the broader HR team to deliver a comprehensive strategy ensuring positive engagement with our employees, strong culture awareness and business growth.
  • Working closely with your site team and wider Ireland HR leadership team to build alignment across HR departments and functions.
  • Designing and driving the Talent Management strategy for the site.
  • Partnering with our Talent Attraction, Onboarding, Diversity and Inclusion, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Well-Being, Communication and Change Management teams to ensure robust service delivery at all stages of our employees’ life cycle.
  • Managing and delivering multiple culture and employee engagement initiatives to ensure positive employee relations.
  • Proposing, developing, and executing continuous improvement projects to ensure our client is a Great Place to Work and all product areas of the business (ophthalmology, aesthetics, and neurology) are fully integrated.
  • Building on the solid culture of reward and recognition onsite - engaging and promoting the achievements of the diverse employee resource groups and forums (Vitality, STEM, Corporate Responsibility, Equality Diversity & Inclusion etc.).
