Responsibilities

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und Auszubildende, um alle Fragen rund um das Arbeitsverhältnis bestmöglich und eigenverantwortlich zu lösen
  • Verantwortung für den Eintritt bis zum Austritt aller unserer Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte (u.a. für die Erstellung von Verträgen, disziplinarischen Themen und Zeugnissen), inkl. aller Besonderheiten bei der Akquisition von neuen Fachgeschäften
  • Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Business Partnern
  • Ermittlung, Erstellung und Analyse von Personalkennzahlen, -reports, -statistiken und Ad-hoc Auswertungen, u.a. durch zusammenführen von Daten mit Hilfe von S-Verweisen, Pivottabellen und digitalen Dashboards
  • Verantwortung für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Dienstleister, inklusive der dafür notwendigen internen Vor- und Nachbereitungen - Abrechnungsknowhow ist wichtig
  • Treiber von Change Management Aktivitäten sowie Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-Prozesse und aller Themen rund um Benefits und Rewards
