Responsibilities

  • Provide second and third level support to our global end-users.
  • Play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the IT Department, while also take ownership of some large-scale, strategic projects in the department.
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support services.
  • Assist and coaching other team members resolving complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
  • Deliver services adhering to Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Manage issues or outages to resolution, communicating with both delivery and customer teams.
  • Resolve assigned Incident, Request, Problem, and Change tickets in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain relevant Asset and Configuration Item records in the system.
  • Analyse, plan, and deliver infrastructure changes.
  • Proactively manage regular tasks and respond to alerts.
  • Maintain configuration and process documentation.
  • Handle issues and challenges that have been escalated from Level 2 support.
  • Contributing to IT and business projects.
  • Assist the broader business with ad-hoc requests related to device and data security and IT policies.
