  • Advising on restructurings overseen by the Strategy & Planning function, Lines of Business and Regions
  • Supporting Group reorganisations in response to legislative/regulatory change
  • Advising on restructurings to support Recovery & Resolution requirements.
  • Supporting Finance/Tax driven reorganisations
  • Providing advice on restructuring initiatives relating to the Global Servco Group
  • Supporting Group M&A on pre/post-transaction legal structure optimisation projects
  • A source of central support on corporate/company law questions across all Businesses and Functions
