Responsibilities

  • Management of intervention requests according to priorities concerning the preventive and curative maintenance of stores and Head Office by controlling the quality of the work by highlighting real skills in planning and organization.
  • Actively participate in the appropriate implementation, monitoring and control of new or existing stores by working closely with the design and construction of the store, while being a force of suggestion.
  • Management, monitoring and preparation of budgets in order to increase the positive impact of PNL.
  • Management, improvement and daily monitoring of the Service Channel and Invoicing systems including the creation and integration of new suppliers.
  • Maintain a weekly visit schedule to acquire a perfect knowledge of our stores.
  • Supplier Management (control office, maintenance company, elevator, goods lift, escalators and air conditioning, etc) and ownership of the supplier tendering process to ensure efficiency, quality and budget effectiveness.
  • Lifting of reservations to ensure follow-up of regulatory verifications.
  • Preparation, planning, monitoring and in-store presence during “Safety Commissions”.
  • Management of store disasters (contact with insurance, owners, tenants and service providers).
  • Responsiveness and strength of proposal and active participation in maintenance improvement activities.
  • Daily communication based on needs with our service providers, stores and Head Office.
