Responsibilities

  • Lead the benefits employee experience by driving the benefits ticketing system and serving as a point of contact for employees through onboarding, offboarding, and other touchpoints in the employee lifecycle
  • Own various benefit programs including our annual US Open Enrollment, global renewal operations, and new benefit implementations
  • Own full end-to-end ownership of leave of absences, accommodations, time off, life, and disability
  • Drive full end-to-end ownership of all retirement and financial wellbeing programs
  • Maintain all ongoing benefits compliance responsibilities, filings, audits, postings, and reporting (ERISA, ACA, SPD, SBC, HCSO, COBRA, HIPAA, SAR)
  • Serve as a trusted partner and collaborate with key partners (Legal, HRBPs, People Operations, People Technology, Finance) to ensure smooth and consistent processes
