Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic leadership, management, and subject matter expertise for multiple, broad based U.S. employee and retiree benefit programs including the national self-insured health plan, fully insured health plans, and global expatriate/inpatriate health plan.
  • Researches, develops recommends, and implements strategic, high-value solutions to help active employees, dependents, retirees, people leaders and other functional areas (e.g., legal, HRIS, etc) that positively impact the business and employees.
  • Must effectively manage and produce comprehensive, creative, and strategic solutions and leadership for multiple, complex benefit programs and projects, such as medical plan design, contribution strategy, prescription drug utilization management programs, and mobile, high-potential employees on assignment.
  • Also leads health and welfare appeals, HSA administration, and data warehouse integration.
