Responsibilities

  • Engage Employee Networks, sponsors and chairs on regular basis and drive strategic outcomes supporting Abbott D&I strategy.
  • Organize and execute large network events.
  • Implement and effectively communicate the D&I global strategy and detailed plans of long term and of short-term achievable goals with each network.
  • Assess and guide networks on activities in support of business outcomes.
  • Partner with Business Human Resources organization in the implementation of activities related to the employee networks.
  • Collaborate across Talent and Development organization to address training, recruiting, on-boarding, and strategic outreach programs related to D&I.
  • Develop and deploy effective communications processes to enable the employee networks to share and amplify the work on D&I priorities.
