Responsibilities

  • As Senior Manager HR you will work closely with the Head of HR of the ZEISS segment Consumer Markets. You will be responsible for a challenging range of duties requiring independent thinking and action at Board-level and support the Head of HR in strategic and operational issues as part of our focused strategy.

  • Compile analyses and develop concepts for key areas of business development
  • Manage and implement projects (e.g., GPTW Employee survey, Global HQ Target model)
  • Build a strong global HR VIS network
  • Prepare strategic decisions and Management Board proposals
  • Prepare strategy updates, speeches, and company presentations
  • Support other areas with the preparation and follow-up of key meetings
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders, such as partners, customers, and suppliers
  • Bring in new ideas to further develop the effectiveness of the entire program, e.g., by implementing agile methodologies, capability building etc.
  • Build a strong global network across ZEISS Group and set the foundation for a potentially outstanding career path
