  • Patent Litigation: Assist the patent litigation team with day-to-day case management including case intake and tracking and managing patent litigation docket and calendar.
  • Documentation and Records: Organise and maintain case files, documents, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organised for quick reference.
  • Client interaction: Coordinate with and provide support to internal clients from across the IP function and wider business. Serve as a direct point of contact for Sandoz internal client base handling inquiries and providing case updates.
  • Data management: Manage, curate and lead the timely and accurate recording of case data using our data tools.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as matter creation, diary management, invoicing and budget tracking.
