Responsibilities

  • The Adobe Enterprise Marketing team is looking for a Sr. Manager Enterprise Demand Generation and Campaign Messaging Strategy to own the development of impactful messaging for our B2B/Enterprise marketing and demand generation campaigns. This role will play a critical part in bridging high-level brand narratives with tactical campaign messages ensuring alignment across a wide array of assets, including brand campaigns, websites promotional materials, large scale events and digital campaigns. Local market knowledge, business trends, regulation requirements effecting enterprise businesses. The main responsibilities are:
  • Adapt global campaign messaging frameworks to align with regional market nuances, customer difficulties, and sub-industry trends.
  • Ensure the messaging resonates with local buying behaviors, business challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Incorporate region-specific proof points and talking points, such as industry benchmarks and competitive differentiators.
  • Craft narratives that elevate the company’s brand while prioritizing use cases for regions, balancing aspirational storytelling with actionable, persona-specific messaging.
  • Write opinion pieces/Adobe Point of view covering key vertical industries (FSI, Retail, Manufacturing/B2B, Gov).
  • Build and curate engaging content for our blogs and regional social platforms.
  • Write, edit, and proofread industry content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Keep informed about industry trends and standard processes to continually boost content quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with content, campaign, field, GTM, PR&Comm, and product marketing to translate global messaging into market-specific messages and content, delivering regionalized messaging frameworks to Adobe content teams and local agencies to inform campaign copy creation and localization efforts.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and content teams to ensure the tone, copy, and narratives are aligned with both brand identity and campaign goals. Serve as a bridge between relevant global teams and regional teams, ensuring bidirectional feedback loops to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and customer success teams to comprehend common objections, difficulties, and competitive pressures.
  • Review and provide feedback on campaign assets built based on their messaging to ensure alignment.
  • Drive ongoing research on regional competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to advise regional messaging tweaks.
  • Build and update a translation glossary and terminology database to ensure that technical and industry-specific terminology are accurately translated and align with local standards.
  • Provide feedback to translation vendors, agencies, or freelancers to improve quality and adherence.
