Responsibilities

  • As part of the Senior OD team, and as delegated by the Head of OD/Deputy Head of OD, you will lead on developing and supporting learning interventions including OD programme delivery at individual, team, service, and senior organisational level, supporting the development of leadership and management capability within the organisation.
  • As delegated by the Head of OD/Deputy Head of OD, you will lead and support complex projects and OD interventions, drawing on your expert knowledge base and experience as well as academic and theoretical frameworks.
  • You will work in collaboration with colleagues across the Workforce and OD Directorate, promoting our Organisational values and behaviours to lead and influence projects, embedding a just and learning culture with a psychologically safe, compassionate and inclusive environment for our workforce.
