The primary responsibility of the Senior Physician Recruiter is to manage all aspects of the recruitment process for physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, while assisting in creating and establishing a recruitment plan and strategy for Baptist Health Medical Group.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Master's Degree is preferred. Additionally, the Certified Physician and Provider Recruitment Professional certification must be obtained within the first 12 months of hire.
What is the required experience for this role?
Over 5 years of Physician Recruitment Experience is required, with prior experience recruiting physicians and healthcare providers highly preferred.
What tools and skills are preferred for this position?
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience in developing, managing, and executing recruitment plans are preferred, as well as the ability to maintain reports and metrics related to provider recruitment.

This position is full-time and operates during the day shift.
