  • - Close collaborative working with occupational therapy
  • - Support the patient pathway between the acute and community settings
  • - Experience with a wide variety of orthopaedic devices and adaptive aids
  • - Support discharges and help prevent readmission of complex patients from all specialities and demographics
  • - Review patients in their own homes
  • - Provide short term patient centred rehabilitation, adaptive aids and advice to help patients reach their functional goals
  • - Support patients with management of orthopaedic devices including cervical collars, upper and lower limb braces
