  • Create unified end to end experiences conforming to the design standards including accessibility, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Work with the Lead Designer to create user personas, user research and an A/B testing framework.
  • Use usability data, conduct user research, usability testing and competitor analysis to gather insights for product improvements.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualise design concepts and bring them to life.
  • Develop high-fidelity designs and UI components that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
  • Maintain and contribute to a design system to ensure a consistent experience across all products.
  • Collaborate with Analysts, Engineers and Testers and provide clear design specifications to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate within the Design team to ensure sharing of knowledge, quality and consistency across all products, and brand consistency.
  • Represent and advocate for the Design team at all levels of the business and maintain strong internal and external stakeholders.
