Responsibilities

  • Gather and apply insight from user research, A/B and MVT testing, and analytics to improve and iterate your work.
  • Create design artefacts such as concept maps, navigation structures, user journeys, interaction flows, UI schematics, wireframes, UI designs, visual and brand designs, animations – that build the delivery of high-quality user experiences.
  • Shaping and planning your work and how it fits with the work of others in your Product team.
  • Work with and evolve the M&S Design System.
  • Support and inspire others in the team. Contribute to an inclusive team environment.
