Responsibilities

  • You'll build innovative footwear designs that advance the product aesthetic and performance for our agitator consumer.
  • You'll follow the execution of all product details including construction, form, color, materials, style, fit, and performance.
  • You'll actively seek authoritative recommendations to develop designs with regard to cost/value requirements, manufacturability, sustainability, merchandising, and aesthetic finish.
  • You will work on packaging and graphics for each project using it as a vessel for storytelling and design.
  • You will bring storytelling to life through the design, materials, and color.
  • You will collaborate with the Senior Design Director and work with high profile collaborators in the music industry, design, and find artists, to create high impact product that sets the tone for youth culture as well as the brand.
  • You'll collaborate with design and management teams on innovative footwear concepts from brief to market.
  • You'll connect with members in design, development, product management, costing, and engineering to ensure feasibility of designs while adhering to product creation timeline.
  • You'll communicate and present design concepts to various internal and external audiences.
