Responsibilities

  • Direct Intervention projects (high complexity)
  • Define and secure agreement on the Project/s purpose and scope. This includes initial analysis with SME’S / sponsors, critique with technology colleagues and presentation to Continuous improvement forum.
  • Clarify & manage stakeholder expectations throughout.
  • Prominent use of Lean Six Sigma disciplines to diagnose problem statement/s, utilisation of data in measure & analyse and development of improvement recommendations.
  • Prepare and secure approvals of improvement recommendations via Continuous improvement fora.
  • Using an agile project delivery approach, prepare an overall plan to include Define, Measure & Analyse, Improve & Control phases, the management of the Change & transitioning of deliverables into operational use.
  • Work with colleagues in Digital team & Enterprise Architecture, to ensure we are aligning on an enterprise view of technology improvements.
  • Manage Team and Stakeholders to optimise performance against approved Plan.
  • Act as the primary lead in communications. Ensure communications are clear, consistent and focused on outcomes.
  • Focus on customer engagement throughout diagnosis through to delivery & sustainment.
  • Mange the transitioning and embedding of re-engineered process & measurements into operational use in collaboration with local management.
  • Report on achieved targeted improvement/benefits.
  • Low complexity deliveries
  • Using agile structure to provide early diagnosis of problem statement/s, appropriate levels of data analysis & engagement with SME’s.
  • Focus on speed to deliver value on these types of engagements.
  • For any tactical technology deliveries, ensure alignment with enterprise view of technology improvements.

  • Support the broader Continuous Improvement practice, training and capability build in the Bank.

  • Support the development & sustainment of an Enterprise One Bank process repository
