  • Participate in both static and dynamic testing to enable upstream analysis and identification of bugs/defects
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Designers, and Developers during kickoff meetings, design reviews, and testing to ensure thorough understanding of new product requirements
  • Effectively communicate product quality issues and work with software development to accelerate issue resolution
  • Reproduce, document, and track issues while identifying high-risk areas to continuously improve test coverage
  • Perform ad-hoc testing for quick fixes and priority deployments
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and partner on joint testing of projects to ensure the best quality possible
  • Automate manual test cases and execute them
  • Understand feature requirements and write corresponding test cases
  • Review and conduct manual test cases for features and bug fixes on the website
