Responsibilities

  • Shape and develop the Diageo Ireland Retail Beer Omni-channel activation strategy across the IOI. (Guinness Family, Carlsberg, Rockshore & World Beer)
  • Lead the Beer Omni-channel activation planning process, working with brand/shopper/category/customer leads and Digital to align Beer activation with voice of the customer and business objectives.
  • Deliver outstanding category and brand activation plans within Beer with customer activation managers to deliver the Triple Win with agility and expertise.
  • Deliver and own Beer innovations launches/process into the retail channel working with cross functional teams to deliver value into mother brand and in-line with business results.
  • Conduct annual and quarterly continuous improvement reviews on the category to identify key barriers to growth and opportunities within the category.
  • Lead and proactively input into all key Beer (Market Business plan meetings) MBP’s /OKRs, bringing expertise and insights across the Beer category/customer/channel.
  • This person will lead the M&E/competitive analysis of the Beer category plans to strategically feed into future decision making and plans.
  • This person will OWN and MANAGE the Beer CM A&P budget in line with business deliverables and CM strategy into execution plan.
