Responsibilities

  • Managing the Risk & Compliance Manager in the execution of their role and responsibilities
  • Presenting, developing, managing and maintaining risk management framework
  • Oversight of risks and issues, assurance and timely reporting to key stakeholders in relation to the effectiveness of the control environment and compliance with regulatory obligations and requirements
  • Facilitating the identification, analysis and evaluation of operational risks and controls across all areas of Customer Management Centre including our outsource partner
  • Developing and monitoring key risk indicators for various risks and obligations to measure business performance against Currys risk appetite
  • Maintaining, reviewing and oversight of R&C policies as appropriate
  • Coordinating and managing the effective recording, analysis and reporting of incidents
  • Representing the CMC Risk & Compliance interests on transformation, projects and change initiatives as required
  • Working in collaboration with our CMC Leadership Team with design and implementation of operational best practise, process improvement and controls
