Responsibilities

  • - Line Management of the Vouch Sales Team (3-5x) incl training, coaching and career development - you will thrive on seeing your team succeed
  • - Assisting in the development of, and owning, the sales plan (incl. forecasting and KPI's) to deliver the new businesses sales goals
  • - Onboarding of at least one new enterprise opportunity per quarter and happy carrying a quota personally to help the team hit overall target
  • - Helping to deliver a culture of one team, that overall increases the conversion rate of prospects won across the group
  • - Working collaboratively across teams, providing current and future industry trends to support engineering, product and marketing
  • - Sharing ownership alongside the MD of Vouch for identifying and closing of key partnerships and strategic relationships
  • - Liaising with other business leaders to understand how we can hit targets by leveraging the expertise of different teams/skills across our 3 UK locations (Sheffield, London and Lincoln)
