You must have significant B2B sales management experience, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to enhance office culture. Prior lettings or referencing experience is a plus.

We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Like all scale-ups it's been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we're now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! 💚&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Opportunity:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team, you will be based in our thriving Sheffield office in which 60+ people work across both Goodlord and Vouch brands.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In addition to leading our New Business efforts in Sheffield, you will support the day to day performance culture across all teams in the Sheffield office.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Line Management of the Vouch Sales Team (3-5x) incl training, coaching and career development - you will thrive on seeing your team succeed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assisting in the development of, and owning, the sales plan (incl. forecasting and KPI's) to deliver the new businesses sales goals&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Onboarding of at least one new enterprise opportunity per quarter and happy carrying a quota personally to help the team hit overall target&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Helping to deliver a culture of one team, that overall increases the conversion rate of prospects won across the group&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Working collaboratively across teams, providing current and future industry trends to support engineering, product and marketing &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sharing ownership alongside the MD of Vouch for identifying and closing of key partnerships and strategic relationships&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Liaising with other business leaders to understand how we can hit targets by leveraging the expertise of different teams/skills across our 3 UK locations (Sheffield, London and Lincoln) &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we need from you:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Significant experience leading and managing a successful sales team (minimum of 3 direct reports)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets in a commercial environment &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Personally contributed to positive improvements and outcomes in a sales / sales management role and can demonstrate this&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience managing a wider office performance culture through supporting other teams training and development&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ideally you have experience in the lettings or referencing industry - although this is by no means a requirement!! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What's in it for you:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;🚀 Grow with Goodlord Group: your development is important to us, that's why we are Great Place to Work - certified.
