  • Account management of existing customers and sales to attract new business.
  • Create and implement the business plan for maintaining and expanding Digital Business in the country and take responsibility for delivering the results.
  • Lead the Sales activities: Create, develop, and manage sales leads, perform technical and commercial presentations about digital solutions, close deals, and act as the first level of customer support.
  • Create and maintain trust-based, mutually beneficial, and productive relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels (from executives to operations), become the go-to person in the region for digital solutions, and consistently show customer-centricity.
  • Actively and positively collaborate with the team (locally and globally) to foster digital business growth, sharing business opportunities and offering high-quality and responsive customer support.
  • Collect and share customer feedback, market trends, and customer developments with the Global Head of Sales & Operations. Propose and lead activities connected with the feedback (e.g.: product developments, partnerships, …).
