Responsibilities

  • Supports enterprise-wide projects through project management and administration, process documentation, data gathering and analysis, and presentation of results with increasing complexity and scope.
  • Responsible for leading a work stream of high-profile projects and/or leadership of a moderate project in complexity and scope.
  • Conducts research by gathering and analyzing data from internal and external sources. Creates proposals for improvements for existing processes and tools as well as recommendations for new solutions.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert of supportive program processes, the creation of performance support tools, and the design of communication strategies with limited supervision.
  • May be responsible for coaching and developing rotational employees and interns, assigning work as appropriate.
