Responsibilities

  • Engage in about 40% UX -Strategy & Research, 60% UX- Analysis & Design.
  • Drive user-centric product design from ideation to implementation using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
  • Plan, recruit, facilitate and analyze direct and remote quantitative and qualitative research to understand the wholistic needs of our B2B users.
  • Collaborate closely with Stakeholders such as Product Owners, Business and Systems Analysts, and other Designers in an Agile environment to create a Priceless®, Mastercard-Good Experience for our user and stakeholder alike.
  • Compose written and visual artifacts to present evidence-based recommendations to all parties.
  • Deliverables include but are not limited to Personas, Journey maps, flowcharts, wireframes, sketches, prototypes, etc.
  • Inform the consistency of the overall User Experience while ensuring the reusability of shared components.
  • Advocate for close feedback loop and iterative delivery of value to the end-user.
